Kullanım Şartları
Bu Kullanım Şartları, Pekvera Yazılım Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Pekvera”) tarafından sunulan Quotarix mobil uygulamasının (“Hizmet”) kullanımını düzenler. Hizmeti kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Hizmetin Niteliği
Quotarix, lojistik/nakliye sektörüne yönelik bir kurumsal (B2B) müşteri ilişkileri ve teklif yönetimi uygulamasıdır. Hizmet, müşteri firmalara ve onların yetkilendirdiği satış temsilcilerine sunulur.
2. Hesaplar
Kullanıcı hesapları, müşteri firmanın yöneticisi tarafından oluşturulur ve yönetilir. Giriş bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden hesap sahibi sorumludur.
3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Hizmeti yalnızca yasalara uygun ve yetkilendirildiğiniz amaçlarla kullanırsınız. Hizmete zarar vermek, izinsiz erişim sağlamak veya üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal etmek yasaktır.
4. Veriler ve Gizlilik
Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi, ayrı yayımlanan Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında yürütülür. Uygulamaya girilen iş/CRM verilerinin sahibi ilgili müşteri firmadır.
5. Fikri Mülkiyet
Hizmete ilişkin tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Pekvera’ya aittir. Size yalnızca Hizmeti kullanma yönünde sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verilir.
6. Hizmetin Sürekliliği
Hizmeti geliştirebilir, değiştirebilir veya geçici olarak askıya alabiliriz. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair garanti verilmez.
7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan Pekvera sorumlu tutulamaz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır; Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
9. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İZMİR mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Quotarix mobile application (the “Service”) provided by Pekvera Yazılım Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Pekvera”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the Service
Quotarix is a business (B2B) customer-relationship and quote-management application for the logistics/freight industry. The Service is provided to customer companies and the sales representatives they authorise.
2. Accounts
User accounts are created and managed by the customer company’s administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. The account holder is responsible for activity performed through the account.
3. Acceptable Use
You will use the Service only for lawful purposes for which you are authorised. Harming the Service, gaining unauthorised access, or infringing third-party rights is prohibited.
4. Data and Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our separately published Privacy Policy. Business/CRM data entered into the app is owned by the relevant customer company.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Pekvera. You are granted only a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service.
6. Service Availability
We may improve, change or temporarily suspend the Service. We do not warrant that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pekvera shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page; continued use means you accept the current terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of İzmir shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
